Our Process

  1. Assessment A Recruiter will discuss with you your open position(s) and provide you with a free consultation on search criteria, compensation, industry climate and expected recruiting timeline. 
  2. Cost Our number one goal regarding cost is to minimize the amount of risk for everyone involved in each placement. Our clients pay for our services. We have a simple one page fee agreement explaining our fee structure, our candidate guarantee and our terms of payment. We are happy to design a fee agreement specifically for each of our clients that best suits their business structure. We generally work on a contingency basis so we are not actually paid until we successfully place a candidate with you. Our fees are based on a percentage of the candidate's first years compensation or in some cases a flat amount. Should a client require it, we are open to working on a retained basis as well. A signed fee agreement is required before we can begin working on a search. 
  3. Recruiting Your Recruiter sources qualified candidates from our industry contacts, professional associations, confidential recommendations, cold calls to targeted companies, social networking, etc. 
  4. Qualifying Candidates Your Recruiter interviews candidates and evaluates their performance, skills required of the position, results achieved in past positions, interest level in the position, company culture fit and overall predictors of success. Upon completion, recruiter will submit qualified candidates to client including resume and completed overview highlighting skills that meet the search criteria. 
  5. Evaluation Your Recruiter will arrange interviews, prepare interviewers, promptly convey feedback and consult with you regarding your feedback. If candidate goes on a face to face interview the candidate’s background will be carefully vetted and references checked. If additional background or credit checks are required those will be conducted for a small additional fee. 
  6. Offer When a proper match is made between the client and candidate the recruiter will consult with the client on the offer, provide feedback through the entire process and will extend offers to candidates as needed.
